    Would like to welcome you to our historic coaching inn situated in the heart of the market town of Spilsby, Lincolnshire, Birth place of Sir John Franklin, Explorer. Spilsby is situated in the southern end of the Lincolnshire Wolds nestled between Horncastle (the gateway to the Wolds) and the coastal hotspot of Skegness. Angela, Shirley & the Team would like to welcome ""Jason Right"" ... Our new Head Chef to the White Hart. Jason is a very experienced and well traveled chef and is happy to discuss any type of menu to meet your Wedding, Family events or group needs. Here at the Inn we are currently undergoing a programme of refurbishment which is due to finish in April/May 2011. We currently have four double en-suite rooms for guest use (two of which have a single bed in for twin use should you need it). Our New Head Chef & Team have created a new grill house menu for you to enjoy. All our food is sourced locally and cooked from fresh. If you have a specific dietry requirement just give us quick call and we will endeavour to accomodate your needs. We can arrange for small private parties with specific menus tailored to your individual needs so just give us a call and we can discuss your requirements. Ideal for Your Special Wedding Day Here at the Inn we can help you every step of the way from the very first thoughts through to the finishing of the rooms. We can arrange for hire of champagne to chocolate fountains, chair covers to flower arrangements from our wedding partners. Just ask us for the details and we will be happy to assist you with all aspects of your wedding needs.
