If driving, Liverpool and Manchester can be reached in just 30 and 45 minutes respectively, although both are served by direct rail links and regular services so you can leave your car and see it all. For golf enthusiasts there are five championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive, and the RSPB’s Marshside Reserve located just 10 minutes away is a thriving vantage point for casual and committed nature lovers alike.       Lancaster (the north)|Road|40|Take M6 to junction 31. Follow A59 through Preston sign posted Liverpool. At Tarleton, continue through the traffic lights onto the A565 sing posted Southport. Follow the A565 to the outskirts of Southport. At the 1st roundabout after the dual carriageway, take the 3rd exit onto Marine Drive. Skirt the RSPB marsh reserve and take the 1st exit off the next roundabout. Turn right onto The Promenade and continue until The Pier. Turn left onto Nevill Street and 1st left into Bath Street. Birmingham (the south)|Road|106|Take M6 to junction 26; M58. Follow to Ormskirk and then take the A570 to Southport. Enter Southport on Eastbank Street and follow its length to the T junction with Lord Street. Take the right hand lane and proceed along Lord Street for approximately 400 yards to the Memorial and turn left into Nevill Street. Bath Street is approximately 100 yards on the left. We are located on the left hand side 50 yards on. Southport Station|Train|0.75|On foot, turn right out of the covered station concourse onto the pedestrianised Chapel Street. Turn left onto London Street and proceed towards the clearly visible Obelisk at the memorial interchange on Lord Street. Cross Lord Street and proceed up Nevill Street between Russell & Bromley and Waterstones. Bath Street is approximately 100 yards from Lord Street on the right hand side of Nevill Street. We are located approximately 50 yards into Bath Street on the left hand side.
