The Guesthouse was fully refurbished in 2010. The result is a spacious and relaxing building which will provide you with a comfortable and relaxed stay. We offer 5 well presented ensuite rooms, which have flat screen TV, WiFi, a hospitality tray, free off road car parking, and a guest lounge with TV. As well as the usual double and twin bedrooms, we can offer a family suite and an M2 pack disabled room. In addition the building complies with all the most recent stringent saftey & sound insulation regulations so you will not be kept awake by another guests TV! Whether you are an individual traveller, a couple or family, golfers, business people or a tourist we can offer you a comfortable and relaxed stay. Whether on business or on holiday, start your day with one of our terrific full English breakfasts, sourced from local suppliers. If you have special dietary requirements please contact us and we will try our best to provide you with a tasty start to the day. Our location is great. We are only 5 minutes outside Southport but we are away from the bustle of the city centre but within easy reach of all Southport's amenities. We are 3 minutes' (yes really only 3!) walk from Birkdale village centre, which has a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. We have excellent transport links to Liverpool via road, bus (outside door) and train (5 minutes walk to station) and are within easy reach of the M6, M58 and M57. We are located on the UK's own ""Golf Coast"" and are within 15 minutes drive of 5 championship Golf Courses, with a selection of several other private and municipal courses nearby. Our family suite consists of two separate ensuite rooms which are reached by a single lockable door from the main corridor. This provides you parents with some privacy but ensures that your family is always secure. Our disabled room is situated on the ground floor with great access to the car park, dining room and lounge and a second room suitable for a carer.
