    A warm welcome awaits you at this family run Victorian Guest House. With comfortable surroundings and a friendly service, we endeavour to help you relax and you enjoy your stay. All our bedrooms have modern ensuite shower rooms and are well euipped with a television; hairdryer; towels; complimentary tea and coffee and toiletries. Wi-fi is also available in the rooms as are ironing facilities. We offer a combination of single rooms; doubles; twins and a family room, including a downstairs twin room. In the morning you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or just a light meal and refreshment, in our sunny breakfast room. We are situated about a 10-15 minute walk from the main Central Railway Station and the nearby National Express Coach Station. The main shopping centre and The Mayflower Theatre are also nearby. The three Cruise Terminals in the docks are about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Landguard Lodge. The Red Funnel ferry terminal is also within easy reach. We are also ideally situated for visiting Southampton General Hospital or The Spiral Hospital and the two city universities.

      Bournmouth/Ringwood/Salisbury|Road|30|From the M27 turn off at Junction 3 onto the M271. At the end turn left into Southampton onto A3024. After about 2 miles, go over the set of lights along the dual-carriageway. Under the footbridge, turn left into Paynes Road, signposted Shirley. Stay left at the Church, continue to the lights. Turn right into Shirley Road. Landguard Road is the next turning on the left. Winchester/London|Road|12|Leave the M3 at junction14, following the signs for Southampton City Centre A33. After about 1 mile from the exit roundabout, turn right at the mini-roundabout onto A35. At the next mini-roundabout, turn left for 100yards to the next mini-roundabout. Cross over into Hill Lane, for about 1 1/4miles. After the 3rd set of lights, Landguard Road is the 2nd turning on the right. Portsmouth/Southampton Airport|Road|6|From Portsmouth leave the M27 at Junction 5. Turn left onto A335 Stoneham Way into Southampton.. From the Airport, go to Junction 5 of M27, pass under the motorway, turn left onto A335 Stoneham Way into Southampton. At 3rd set of lights, turn right into Burgess Road A35. Pass the University. Cross over the A33. At the next mini-roundabout, turn left into Hill Lane for 1 1/4 miles. After the 3rd set of lights Landguard road is 2nd turning on right.
