Landguard House is a friendly family-run all non-smoking Guest House located in the heart of Southampton which offers a warm reception to all guests. Ideally situated for visitors to the city and the south coast Landguard House is within easy walking distance of the city centre West Quay shopping centre IKEA the train station Mayflower Theatre and a wide variety of restaurants pubs and places of general interest. All guests can expect a high level of cleanliness and (for those with a healthy appetite) a hearty full English breakfast starting at 7am weekdays till 8am 8am till 8.30 Saturdays and 9 till 9.30am Sundays. We have off road parking and a variety of sized rooms all offered with colour tv and tea making facilities making Landguard House the ideal place to stay in Southampton.

Head south on M271 toward Redbrige Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A35/ Redbridge Rd ramp to Southampton/ A35/ A3024. Merge onto A35/ Redbridge Rd. Continue on A3024. Exit onto Payne's Road. Turn right at A3057/ Shirley Rd. Turn next left at Landguard Road. We are first Guest House on the left hand side;
