The beautiful ravine gardens give direct access to the open moor across the Blackaton Brook. This is an idyllic location for those walkers, cyclists, archaeologists, ornithologists and artists wanting to be car free or 'End to Enders' en route between Lands End and John O'Groats. Riding stables, golf courses and pubs are within easy reach.Cycles available for hire locally. Being within minutes of A30T at Whiddon Down, Cawsandside is highly accessible and makes an excellent touring centre for the West Country, fand the many famous beaches of both the North and South Coasts. Castle Drogo is across the valley. Other National Trust properties and historic gardens such as Finch Foundry, Rosemoor and The Eden Project are within 50 minutes drive.
