    Located in Scarbrough Avenue, the Sunnyside is just a few paces from Skegness Pier and the northern promenade. The property has been carefully renovated, retaining the traditional architecture. We offer room and breakfast accommodation, welcoming all, including families. The accommodation comprises 8,fully en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with fridges and hair dryers. Double, twin and family bdrooms rooms are available. We have one ground floor suite, comprising a lounge and bedroom with en-suite shower room - (early reservation is essential). On road car parking is non restricted, pluse we have a car park at the rear of the premisses. Residents have own keys without restriction.
