    A Small Family Run Guest House situated on a quiet tree lined Avenue, close to the town centre of Skegness, the beach, and with all other amenities within easy reach, the Lyndsay is one of a few Guest Houses that has been awarded Visit Britain Four Star Guest House status, therefore a warm welcome and a high standard of quality can be expected. Recently renovated the Lyndsay comprises of 5 bedrooms spacious and furnished to a high standard, all with en-suite facilities, a fully licensed bar, dining room (own table), welcoming resident's T.V. lounge with games, and front patio area to watch the world go by. Our spacious bedrooms include our popular Four Poster Bedroom, double and family bedrooms. A travel cot is available on request. All our rooms can accomodate a cot. LCD T.V.'s (with Freeview chanels), tea / coffee making facilities, welcome pack and hospitality tray are supplied in all of our comfortable, centrally heated bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided in each room and an iron and ironing board are available on request. WiFi available. All our family rooms have a DVD player. We are Fully Non Smoking We offer Bed and Full Breakfast and out of Season Dinner, all home cooked in our 3 star excellent food hygiene awarded kithen, and wherever possible locally sourced. We offer ground coffee from our bean to cup coffee machine.

The Lyndsay Guest House is on the left side after a few yards. From Boston (A52)|Road|23|Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylor's Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right into Scarbrough Avenue after rejoining two-way road. The Lyndsay Guest House is on the left side after a few yards
