    Visit such great sights as Leeds castle, Whitstable Harbour, Canterbury Cathedral, Chatham Historic Dockyard and even local zoos such as Howletts and the seaside resorts of Herne Bay, Broadstairs and Ramsgate nearly all of which are just a 20 minute drive from our Guest house. You can even reach central London by car or easier still by train in just one hour, making our retreat, the perfect place for your stay. As a guest house of just one bedroom, this means that you can sit down together, as a couple, to a Full English Breakfast in the peace and quiet of our conservatory, looking over our small but blooming garden with no other guests to interrupt you, and no children running around ( unless you have smuggled them here in your case) then take a leisurely scan through the newspapers before heading off for your days touring. At the end of the day, why not take a 4 minute walk round to the local Pub for an evening Meal, or even Sunday Lunch. We live in a modern but quiet village, which by around 8pm is as quiet as quiet can be.But we are only 5 Minutes from the M2 and 10 Minutes from the M20 Motorways.

Follow the road into the village, Sanderling Way is first left after the Woolpack pub Follow the Road around to the left, then to the right We are on the right hand side on the next bend between two sets of garages M20|Road|10|From either the M20 or M2 Motorways, Turn onto the A249 Towards Sittingbourne Take the Iwade Turn off which is 1 mile past the Sittingbourne turn off.
