The Roseberry Hotel is a welcoming and hospitable family run hotel Our desire is to cater for the individual comfort and happiness of each visitor and to see that everyone has an enjoyable holiday. Our lovely restaurant with separate tables offers a choice of menu for breakfast which includes a great full English & vegetarian option. There is a buffet with cereals and fruit juice. We also have a television lounge and licensed bar with a sun lounge & veranda for guests to relax at the end of the day. Children can explore the toy room with games and a playstation. All bedrooms are en suite and include tea /coffee making facilities a hairdryer colour television full central heating and alarm clock. . There is a car park for guests to use. Shankin offers a range of activities and facilties for all age groups. The beach is one of the best in the Isle of Wight offering traditional seaside activities and watersports and the town centre has a selection of shops cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk from the hotel.

Turn right to stay on A3020/Snook's Hill (1.8 miles). Turn right at A3020/Blackwater Hollow (3 miles). Turn right at A3020/Newport Rd. Turn left at A3020/School Rd (3.8 miles). Turn left at A3055/High St. Turn right at Steephill Rd. Turn left at Prospect Rd.;Southampton|Boat|25.6|Head south on Southampton - Cowes ferry. When on land head east then turn right to stay on A3021/York Ave (2 miles). At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A3054/Lushington Hill (0.2 mi) turn right at Park Rd (0.7 mi). Continue on Briddlesford Rd for just over 2 miles. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Downend Rd. Turn left at A3056 (4.8 mi) and go through one roundabout. Turn right at A3055/Sandown Rd (1.5 mi). Turn left at Steephill Rd. Turn left at Prospect Rd.;Portsmouth|Boat|21.5|Take the Portsmouth - Fishbourne ferry to Newport.
