    Ideally situated in a central location in Shanklin, Mount House is an Enjoy England 3* accredited Guest House offering guests a relaxing, comfortable and welcoming stay. We have been awarded a 5* rating from the Isle Of Wight Council for health and safety. We are only 4 minutes walk to the station, 6 minutes to town and 6 minutes to the beach. For those coming by car the nearest ferry is at Fishbourne, some 25 minutes drive away. We offer FREE car parking and there is secure storage for anyone who brings their bikes. There is a choice of menu for breakfast either traditional full English or guests may choose from a different selection. This is served in our comfortable dining room at separate tables. We are happy to cater for special diets by prior arrangement. Perhaps after a busy day of sight seeing you could relax in the lounge and if you would like a drink to unwind feel free to bring your own bottle or two. Mount House is open at all times and we accept any day bookings Please note that there are no beedrooms on the ground floor there are 14 steps to the first level Above all else we hope you make yourself at home in our family run guest house.
