    Woodpeckers is a substantial picture book Cornish cottage, located between two pretty villages and within a 5 minute walk of the world famous Eden Project. In fact we believe that we are the closest guest accommodation within walking distance. We are Jo and Rob McCutcheon, and we are lucky enough to live in a very quiet, picturesque, yet easily accessible part of Mid Cornwall, with all the benefits of being able to pop into such places as Fowey and Mevagissey and also the notorious Eden project, which is merely a short walk away up a pretty country lane. The additional benefits that come with living in such a quiet, yet renowned area are that we can take advantage of all the numerous cycle, horse trails and walks that Eden have created around our home. We have renovated and extended our cottage over the past few years , and would be delighted if you would come and share all that we get to experience every day in our idyllic and very comfortable home. We have plenty of parking, very pretty gardens and a large south facing patio where you can relax, eat and drink and enjoy our Cornish weather. We currently have two en-suite bedrooms available, one containing a king sized Bed with a walk in power shower en-suite and a separate dressing area. The other room has a super king sized Bed, with a luxury en-suite bathroom that includes a walk in power shower as well as a large bath , with the added touch of LED mood lighting and a sky light above to watch the stars while you soak!!       Newquay|Air|20|You will need to hire a car or grab a taxi from Newquay airport and we are about 20 miles (40 minutes away). St Austell|Train|3|Take the train to St Austell and grab a taxi at the rank and its 10 minutes for around a fiver, or call us and we can book one for you. Par|Train|3|Get the train to Par and jump into a taxi from the station, you are about 10 minutes drive at a cost of about £5. If you call us we can book you a cab. A390|Road|1|From the main A390 road from Lostwithiel travelling towards St Austell you will pass a pub on your left called the Britannia Inn after passing Par. You immediatly enter a roundabout and go straight on. But turn next right in just 50 yards signposted to Tregrehan. It is now exactly 1 mile to Woodpeckers. Go straight on over speed humps through Tregrehan village with the playing field on your right until you pass a woodyard on a sharp bend, we are now 50 yards on the right on the main lane. A30 near Bodmin|Road|9|Branch left off the A30 onto the A391 signposted St Austell. Follow road to Bugle traffic lights. Turn left at lights, follow road to Penwithick,carry straight on through village and through top two roundabouts heading to St Austell. In 1 mile you arrive at roundabout, Premier Inn is on your left, go straight on down hill. Next roundabout turn left to Trethurgy, in one mile you turn right at the village hall in Trethurgy signposted Tregrehan. Follow lane downhill for 0.5 miles to arrive.
