    Welcome to Boscundle Manor. Located just 1 mile from Cornwall's famous Eden project and set in 5 acres of it's own private, quiet grounds, a truly wonderful oasis in which to relax and unwind. The first thing you notice is that the building really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures and the welcome you get from the staff right through to the complimentary pot of tea and slice of cake, puts you instantly at ease. There are 14, individually designed rooms ranging from standard manor rooms right through to giant suites, with all the usual touches you would imagine from an independently run country house hotel, such as Molton Brown toiletries, fresh fruit and lovely fluffy bath robes (there are even mini versions for the children!). If you are able to make the time to indulge in one of the many spa treatments available in the dedicated Zento room, you will be rewarded by being even more relaxed than you could ever have imagined and in exactly the right mood to enjoy a lovely candle lit dinner in the stunning dining room. The grounds total just under 5 acres with about half comprising of woodland where there are some old tin mine remains and the other half beautifully kept terraced Cornish Gardens containing the outdoor heated pool, croquet lawn and private car park. Not only is there an outdoor pool, but a heated indoor swimming pool too. A brand new Gazebo is located on the croquet lawn for guests to relax in the evening. Not only are we well situated for the famous Eden Project but we are excellently placed for sightseeing around Cornwall with famous gardens nearby including Lost Gardens of Heligan, fishing villages and coastal path walks within a few minutes drive. Whether you are planning a quick weekend getaway or a more leisurely short break, Boscundle Manor is the ideal venue to enjoy the sights and sounds of our beautiful country.

      London Paddington|Train|275|Board the train at London Paddington and around 4 hours later arrive at St Austell main line station with no changes. A taxi rank is available at the station and the fare to Boscundle Manor is around £5.00 Newquay Aiport|Air|15|Ryanair, AirSouthwest and bmiBaby all fly to Newquay Cornwall airport. The best option is to take a taxi from the airport (please call if you would like us to arrange this for you) with a fare of around £25.00 and a journey time of around 25 minutes. M5|Road|80|Take the M5 to Exeter, then onto the A30 until just after Bodmin when you take the A391 turning, which heads South and is signposted St. Austell. Continue on the A391 until it ends at the A390, turn left (away from ST Austell), take the first left (opposite St Austell Garden Centre) and the bottom of our driveway is 200 metres on the left.
