This House is located near the town centre of St Austell and only walking distance to the railway and bus station, the famous Eden Project only 7 minutes drive. 3 local Golf Courses, Truro Cathedral City, the beautiful town of Fowey, the Roseland Peninsula, Heligan Gardens, surf beaches, cliff walking, round Cornwall cycle track are all within easy reach.       St Austells Train & Bus St|Train|1.5|There is a taxi rank directly outside the train station. For those who wish to walk to the property come out of the train station and turn right, walk down the hill and through Fore Street turn left at the end of fore Street onto Trinity Street at the end of Trininty Street turn right and follow the road down to the roundabout. At the roundabout turn right and we are 300 yards on the right. Exeter|Road|65|Head south bound on the A30 for Fifty miles.Take the exit sign posted [Wadebridge/ St Austell].at the round about turn left first exit, sign posted [St Austell A39].Follow the A391 until it end's and then turn right onto the A390.follow the A390 until you get to a double roundabout with Mc Donalds on your left. Go straight across this roundabout and Acorn villas is 300 yrds on the right.
