    At Edgcumbe Guest House you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome whether your stay is short or long, for pleasure or business. We are adjoining the seafront and only 2 minutes walk from the Historic Plymouth Hoe. The city centre is a 10 minutes walk and the vibrant Barbican is a 20 minutes walk away. We offer superb breakfasts using locally sourced top quality ingredients. Special diets are catered for and everything is cooked fresh to order. The whole house has been tastefully modernised to a very high standard, while retaining many original features and is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Beds are all of good quality. We offer limited FREE private parking and concessionary vouchers for street parking if required (£2 per day). All rooms are ensuite including two on the ground floor. We also have a luxury king size four poster en suite bedroom. All rooms are clean and comfortably furnished and have flatscreen DIGITAL colour televisions with Freeview, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, biscuits, tea and coffee. Ironing facilities are readily available. Free Wi-Fi internet access. The bus and railway stations are 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi.

      Ferry Port|Boat|1|When you leave the Ferryport you will come to a small roundabout, take the third exit. At the next mini roundabout take the third exit and follow the road around to your right. Carry straight on until you reach a T junction at the seafront. Turn left and then left again into Pier Street. We are the first house on your left. Alternatively, a taxi ride will take approx. 5 minutes. Bretonside Bus Station|Coach|2|If walking, follow the signs for The Hoe and Seafront. Once on the seafront, take the first turning on your right into Pier Street. We are the first house on your left. Alternatively, a taxi ride should take approx. 5 minutes. Plymouth Airport|Air|6|If driving, follow signs for City Centre, then Hoe and Seafront. Once you are on the seafront with the sea on your left, then Pier Street is the first turning on your right. If you approach from the other direction and the sea is on your right, then Pier Street is the first turning on your left. Alternatively, a taxi ride will take approx. 10 minutes in light traffic. Plymouth Railway Station|Train|2|If walking, follow the signs for The Hoe and Seafront. You will walk through the city centre up onto The Hoe where you will see the lighthouse and War Memorial. Walk down to the seafront and turn right. Pier Street is the first turning on your right.Alternatively, a taxi will take approx. 5 minutes to drive to Edgcumbe Guest House. Exeter, A38|Road|4|Follow signs for 'City Centre'. After a few miles, look out for signs for 'Hoe and Seafront'. This will bring you onto the seafront - a one way road with the sea on your left and the grass slopes of Plymouth Hoe on your right. You will drive past Smeaton's Tower, the full size red and white lighthouse which stands on top of Plymouth Hoe. At the next mini roundabout turn right into Pier Street. We are the first house on your left.
