    Amanda & Barry welcome you to the Jacaranda. We are a small friendly guest house with 8 guest bedrooms located centrally to all amenities you would expect from a seaside resort. All our guest rooms have comfortable beds, coloured TV/Free view facilities, tea coffee making facilities, hand, bath towels and shower mats, Iron and Ironing board available upon request, we also have a cot and high chair available. All our rooms have up to date decoration and are all central heated. Prices include a full english breakfast or a lighter alternative and vegetarians catered for. For special occasions we can offer guests flowers/champagne or wine for an addition cost delivered to your room, sandwiches and toasties also available upon request for an addition cost. If you wish to stay a short or long stay we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. We have a multiplex cinema on our sea front and a theatre just a short walk away. There are many things for all ages to do in Paignton we have a pier, harbour, crazy golf, amusements, bars/restaurants, clubs, beach, shops are approximately 100 yards from us or why not go for a day out on the Steam train. Paignton zoo and splashdown water park are close by or you could always take a short bus ride and visit Kents Cavern, Miniature Village, living coast. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the guest house with the most up to date fire alarm system. We have a limited amount of parking permits available (first come first served basis) at a small additional cost, or we can arrange a council weekly parking permit for and additional cost which you can use in all Torbay Car Parks.

      M5 Motorway|Road|19.5|From M5 follow signs to Torquay (A380), travel for about 14 miles, at roundabout before Torquay turn right and follow signs for Paignton. At 3rd roundabout turn left, follow this to a mini roundabout and bear left. Carry onto traffic lights and turn right towards Paignton town. Bare left entering one-way system, stay in left hand lane until you reach pelican crossing, turn left over the railway line and stright down to the sea front, turn left, take the 2nd left onto Beach Road. M5|Road|20|From the M5 follow signs for Torquay (A380). Travel for approx 14 miles then at the roundabout before Torquay turn right and follow the signs for Paignton. Follow the signs for the Seafront. Jacaranda Hotel is located on Beach Road.
