    Sonachan House has been awarded a Visit Britain Quality in Tourism rating of four stars under the guest accommodation scheme. Sonachan House is a conveniently situated, licensed, family-run hotel which has been established for many years. Our hotel has nine en-suite bedrooms, all of which are centrally heated and have colour television, clock radio, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. We have a selection of rooms available, from a single to a family room for five persons. We are sure that we will have the accommodation that meets your requirements. We are ideally situated being in the heart of the English Riviera. We are close to the many attractions of Paignton including the beach, pier, harbour (many trips available) and the green where there is nearly always something happening during the main season. Goodrington beach is also only a short walk away where you will find many water attractions, e.g. pedaloes. For the rare wet day try the nearby Torbay Leisure centre or multiplex cinema. Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway is a must for all ages whatever the weather. Our business is to make your holiday a happy one and every effort is made to cater to the individual comfort of our guests.
