    Welcome to Colin House, a very clean and friendly 4 star bed & breakfast located in a quiet cul-de-sac yet only yards away from the beaches of Preston and Paignton. Fully double glazed and centrally heated, all the bedrooms have ensuite facilities with Freeview TV and a generous beverage tray. The guests' lounge has Freeview TV and we provide free Wi-fi access for our guests. We pride ourselves on the high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Ideally located for local amenities with several good pubs and restaurants nearby. The red sands of Preston Beach are just a 2 minute level walk, while Paignton Beach and the Pier are a 5 minute level walk and the town centre a 10 minute stroll away. Other nearby attractions include Paignton Zoo, Apollo multiplex cinema, Quay West Water Park, the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway, boat trips and water sports . We are also located on the local bus route so you can easily leave the car behind and have a care free day out to visit the neighbouring towns of Torquay, Cockington Village, Brixham, Dartmouth and Totnes, or venture further by rail and visit the Devon cities of Exeter or Plymouth. Our aim is to make your stay so enjoyable, you’ll want to come again. We try to be as flexible as we can – if you have any special requests, just ask and we’ll do all we can to meet your needs.       M5|Road|20|From Exeter, follow A38 towards Plymouth, then take A380 to Torquay. At Newton Abbot carry on A380 to Torquay. There's a roundabout when you come into Torquay, take the 2nd exit to Paignton. Next roundabout 2nd exit to Paignton, and at the next take the 1st exit to Preston Sea Front. Follow the hill all the way down to the seafront, under the railway bridge and bear right to follow the promenade. Colin Road is a turning on your right hand side, just before a zebra crossing. Exeter Airport|Air|25|From the airport, take the signs to the M5 south-bound and follow the road directions Paignton Station|Train|1.25|From the station, turn right to walk down the main street towards the seafront. When you reach the seafront, turn left and walk along Paignton Beach. At the end of the beach, follow the road past the large Redcliff Hotel on your right, and Colin Road is a turning on your left just past the zebra crossing.
