    Located in a quiet area and a short walk from Oakham town Centre. All our rooms are immaculately kept and tastefully decorated and have homely extras including: •Freeview television •Tea/Coffee making facilities •Complimentary toiletries •Hairdryer •Alarm clock/radio •Free Wi-Fi access and Security Safes in each room Our Double Bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with integrated bath and shower. Our Twin Bedroom has twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and our single room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Kirkee House has become well known for its ‘Full Breakfast Grill’. We use locally sourced produce, including home made preserves and we will cater for all tastes and appetites. We will always try to accommodate any particularly requests that may not be shown. Rutland Water is a 5 minute drive away and here you can enjoy trout fishing, sailing, cycling, (bike hire is available) there are many recreational facilities for young and old including a climbing wall, an aerial assault course and various water sports. Alternatively there are miles of beautiful walks to enjoy and some wonderful village pubs. Parking is available on our driveway or on the lay-by outside Kirkee House

      Melton Mowbray or the Al|Road|10|The A1 is approx’ 15 minutes drive away along the A606 or the B668, depending on if travelling north or south. On entering Oakham town centre look for the Market Place and, keeping this on your left, turn right into Mill Street. Carry on over the traffic lights (200 yards) and then over the railway crossing (300 yards) and Kirkee House is 400 yards up on the left hand side. From Melton Mowbray take the A606 carry on through Oakham down the High Street and turn right as above down Mill Street.
