    The Three Tees is a family-run nine bedroom licensed hotel with ample off-street parking, situated in the quiet Lusty Glaze area of Newquay. We are a short walk to the beach, and 10/15 mins walk to the town centre. The atmosphere is relaxed & friendly - resident proprietors Greg & Fiona invite you to browse around, and look forward to extending you a warm welcome. Newquay is Cornwall's premier holiday resort, with seven miles of glorious sandy beaches and magnificent coastal walks & views. Besides some of the best surfing in the UK, other beach activities include kite surfing, paragliding & land yachting. In addition, Newquay & surrounding areas offer ample opportunity for coarse, game & sea fishing. If the sea & surf gets too much, why not relax over a game of golf overlooking the Atlantic, go horse-riding, or take a cycle ride along the picturesque Cornish Way. Whilst renowned for its vibrant night-life, Newquay is also an ideal family resort. The Zoo is a short walk from the hotel, situated in Trenance Valley, where the pleasant Trenance Gardens & Boating Lake can be found. Tennis courts, crown green bowls, a childrens' model railway, pitch & putt, Wooden Waves skateboard park and Waterworld are all in the same area. Several Theme parks are within easy driving distance of the town.

      Newquay train station|Train|0.5|By Cab - We're less than 5 minutes ride by taxi from station. By Foot Exit train station onto main road, turn right into Cliff Rd with Great Western Hotel on your left, and keep going for around 10 mins, staying on the right hand side of the road. At the shopping centre, cross the main road at the pedestrian crossing opposite the shops and keep going in the same direction. Take the next left at The Warwick, and you’ll see us straight ahead. Newquay airport|Air|6|We’re about 6 miles from the airport, 10/15 mins drive, £10-12 by cab A30|Road|0|From the A30, take the A392 signposted Newquay. At Quintrell Downs roundabout, take the right hand turn (A3058) signposted Porth. At the crossroads following the BP Garage, go straight over & take the third turning on your right - you'll see us straight ahead.
