    Summer Breeze is a well established, AA3* rated guest house in an ideal location in the centre of Newquay. Run by Karen & Andy Wilkins for the last 10 years, guests are assured a friendly welcome, clean, comfortable accommodation and a freshly cooked breakfast each day. We have 6 bright, modern bedrooms, all of which have en'suite showers and wc's, and all are comfortably furnished with good quality beds and fittings. All rooms have TV's tea/coffee making facilities, and we provide ironing facilities, hairdryers, storage for surfboards/bikes. We have limited parking on site available on a first come first served basis for which there is no charge, if no spaces, there is a public car park within 200yds and many side roads where spaces can often be found. Our convenient location means that the town centre, bars and restaurants, beaches and transport links are all on the doorstep. Our guest house is spacious, light and airy, and our guests have their own personal room keys for unrestricted access. Summer Breeze is perfect as an informal coastal retreat - a real home from home.       Newquay Coach Station|Coach|0.5|We are approximately a 5 minute walk from Newquay Bus Station. Turn left at the bus terminal along Manor Road until the road merges with East Street. Turn right onto Marcus Hill (Meadery on your left, Tourist Information Centre on your right). At the top of Marcus Hill turn left, Summer Breeze is the second building on the left. Newquay Train Station|Train|1|We are approximately a 6 minute walk from Newquay Train Station. Exit the station turning left onto Cliff Road, passing the set of pedestrian crossing lights. At the next set of traffic lights bear left onto Berry Road and continue to the top, bearing right onto Mount Wise. Summer Breeze is approximately 100 meters on your right. A30|Road|9|From the A30 follow the signs for Newquay. At Quintrell Downs roundabout continue straight across (A392). Continue along this road, turn right (second exit) at the small roundabout at the bottom of the hill, turn left at the next roundabout (first exit, boating lake to your right) and take the third exit from the the next roundabout which will bring you onto Mount Wise. Continue through two sets of traffic lights and Summer Breeze is approximately 100m on your left.
