      Barnstaple|Bus|20|Buses run hourly from Barnstaple bus station, Monday - Saturday (some buses start from the Railway station). Take the 309 or 310 service to Lynton. The bus stops outside the Town Hall, but the driver may drop you off at Lee House if you ask nicely! Minehead|Road|18|Take the A39 towards Lynton and Lynmouth. On arriving in Lynmouth, turn right onto Lynmouth Hill (B3234). Turn sharp right onto Castle Hill and follow the road up to Lynton. Drive Past St. Mary’s Church and Valley of Rocks Hotel, which will be on your right. The road becomes Lee Road. Lee House is on the right, approximately 75 yards past the Town Hall, From M5 Junction 27|Road|45|Leaving the M5 at Junction 27, take the A361 towards Barnstaple. At the junction of A361/A399 (West of South Molton), take the A399 North (signed to Brayford and Combe Martin). After 10 miles turn right at the Blackmoor Gate staggered crossroad onto the A39. At Barbrook village, take the left fork onto the B3234 (signposted Lynton) at the turning opposite the garage. After 1 mile take left fork up Station Hill. Turn right at the T Junction onto Lee Road.
