    Guests select our guesthouse because of the location, efficiency of service, reasonable prices, and attractive website presentation displaying 4* rating. They are more impressed on arrival: they off-load directly outside the front entrance and then are directed to free off-street parking to the rear of the property. Visitors often exclaim in surprise when they open to front gate to find a well-designed courtyard immediately offering a peaceful environment. This atmosphere continues as the visitor is welcomed into the impressive Victorian hallway and into the visitors’ lounge recently re-furbished in calming neutrals. The rooms are designed with the business and leisure visitor’s needs in mind. Special features of all rooms include a desk, armchair, internet connection, television and service tray. These are all included in the tariff. The rooms are all based on single occupancy rate, so the en suite family room is charged by the number of guests. Those wishing budget accommodation are very comfortable on the second floor. These two rooms each have its own washbasin and share a shower room. A friendly atmosphere is encouraged with breakfast served round one large table. The breakfast menu offers a choice of traditional full English, continental or vegetarian, to suit the tastes of individuals. M1 motorway|Road|2|POST CODE: LE11 3AB Junction 23 turn towards Loughborough Town Centre A512 Ashby Road. After 3km (2 miles) go straight on over the large roundabout with traffic lights. After about 300m/yards you will pass a small road on your left. Look for a place to park a few metres further on. Our house, number 121, is a few metres further on on the left, next to a pole with a parking notice. We have a small sign “New Life Guest House” on the brown gate.
