    Originally part of Lord Bath's Longleat Estate, the listed house dates back to 1669; in 1919 it was purchased by Lord Heytesbury who lived here till 1949. Twelve months of sympathetic restoration have rejuvenated the property to its earlier splendour. Enter through the grand entrance hall past the Georgian grandfather clock into the handsome drawing room with family antiques and spectacular views of the gardens and Longleat Forest. Upstairs there are three luxurious en suite bedrooms overlooking the gardens and forest beyond. After a good night's sleep, enjoy a sumptuous organic English breakfast seated at the long table by the ancient inglenook. Idyllically situated in the Wylye Valley near Longleat, Warminster, Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Shaftesbury and Stourhead.
