A good central venue for a few nights stay-over.

this hotel is good for B&B hotel . 5 mins walk to Mable Arch station and Oxford street. and 2 mins walk to Tesco. Quiet place to stay for sleep

Excellent location. We advise room 11 since it has 2 separate rooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and is very quiet. Breakfast is average. We were given a price by email of 150€ but were charged 160€ on our credit card...

The staff was helpful in answering any questions that we had. Our room was very nice and clean. It's in a great location for taking the trains to get around anywhere.

Good location, quiet zone, very clean, walking distance to buses to Luton and Stanted airports.

It's a family hotel. The service is very friendly. This is the perfect hotel if you come to do some shopping in London because it's located near Oxford street.

Location excellent, rooms very clean but could do with updating.

Other than the fact that there is no elevator and since the hotel only has women staff no assistance can be expected to carry luggage to 4th floor, every is very good. It is well located, staff friendly.

I only had one weekend in London, and this central B&B at very reasonable rates fit the bill perfectly! I didn't eat at the restaurant as I spent most of my time out seeing the sights. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the room clean and comfortable.

For this location, it was a good value for money. My single room was rather small and the bathroom was even tinier, but I guess that is what you get for that price. Breakfast was better than expected.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was very pleased with the cleanliness and location of this hotel. They staff were very friendly. Only down side was no lift which was fine apart from when you arrive and leave with luggage. It did not bother me at all during the stay though. Great place and would not hesitate to come back again

In view of the price one week stay in Wigmore Court Hotel was ok. Reception and service were kind. The room was not properly cleaned when we entered. The room textiles are outdated and not clean. Tiny breakfast room became crowded if many guests showed up at the same time. If you can accept such inconveniences the hotel can be recommended for a budget traveler in particular for its excellent location.

It was my third staying at this B&B so I knew what to await: perfect location, spacey rooms in traditional style, nice staff, many stairs, etc. maybe you could find a cheaper alternative somewhere else, but for me this is a great combination of personal approach and location (Hyde Park, Oxford Street, transportation to the airports).

My third stay at this hotel. very handy for Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Rooms are clean and good also the breakfast is very good. I will stay here whenever in this part of town.

Rooms are OK and clean. The location within London is good and close to sightseeing. Would recommend the place. Setback: beds are not firm enough, price with 90 GBP is high for continental Europeans

We missed our train on the Friday night and so arrived more than an hour later than we had said. However, there was someone waiting for us when we arrived. This was much appreciated. Very well situated for Marble Arch tube and Oxford Street - allowed early morning shopping!

Very helpful staff helped make our stay enjoyable. We had a good sized room on 1st floor. Only real complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable - but was ok. The location is good for a short stay in London.

Good size family room. Staff very friendly. Very clean room although wardrobe was not in good condition (better to leave clothes in your suitcase). A really good option of you are travelling with children and want a friendly, safe, clean, and not expensive hotel in the centre of London. We would stay there again for sure.

Perfect location for shopping on Oxford street. 5 min. walking distance from Primark. Hotel was very clean. When you order a room on the website you see how many there are just like it and on what floor. Since the hotel hasn´t got an elevator that was a big plus to be able to order a room on the ground floor.

Spent a very pleasent weekend here early November 2011. The decor in the room was a bit dated but room was clean and beds were comfortable. The ensuite contained a relatively new and spotless bathroom suite. Breakfast was excellent as was the location. Only drawback was that there is no lift in the hotel, although this didn't really affect us as we were on the third floor. Only 5 minutes walk from Oxford St. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone wishing to do some shopping in London.

I needed a hotel which was nice, not expensive and in the same area as some other (expensive) hotels where friends stayed. The Wigmore was the answer!

We stayed at the Wigmore Court Hotel for 9 nights in 2 rooms. The hotel is very clean, well staffed and serves a full breakfast - hot and cold - every morning. My teenage sons had a ground level twin bedded room (room 2) which was pleasant and large with a specious bathroom. The decor could have been updated. We stayed in a king bed room (#22) on the 2nd floor which was 2 FULL flights up steps up. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very small but adequate. The room got warm, but the hotel provided fans so we can sleep. The weather was mild, but if it was hotel, no air conditioning could have been a problem on the 2nd floor. The two areas to improve are the hot water - took 20 minutes for it to come up to the 2nd floor and the WIFI which was sporadic on the 2nd floor, although it was free. The staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. The always gave good directions. We also borrowed a hairdryer. My extended family stayed in 2 other rooms on the ground level (1st floor to Americans) which were pleasant. I would avoid the higher floors, although the bed in 22 was very good. Keep in mind this is not a traditional luxury hotel, but it is a good value.

this hotel is not as pictured. the carpets are worn and everything is shabby and the renovations in the bathroom were terrible. there was no internet service in our room. we had to sit in the lobby to use it. we were on the 4th floor with no lift -- but that equates to 7 stories! no bellman to help with the bags either. The hot water in the bathroom was lukewarm and came out in a dribble with no pressure.

Wigmore Court Hotel is well located, very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a great range of freshly prepared food and drinks. Good value for money and we would stay there again.

The room was much bigger than we thought it might be, and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was nice, though it was the same every day, we would have liked more healthy cereals and yoghurts with less sugar. The room had no phone (apparently it was broken and never replaced), and sometimes the internet wifi connection did not work. The staff were very helpful, the kitchen facilities and laundry were very nice.

Pleasant helpful staff. Wifi connection didn't work most of time.Kettle in room didn't work. Shower over bath, but we had to just about sit on the taps to get wet.Curtains hanging from a few hooks.This place is very tired and needs a makeover but is in a fantastic position with good sized rooms.

wigmore court hotel would be a nice place to stay in London if some efforts were made concerning the rooms, which obviously need to be redone, as the furniture and decoration are a little bit old. We were also disappointed by the english breakfast, under our expectations regarding to the choice and quality. We can not say it was bad experience, but next time in London, we will try another hotel.

Great location 5 minute walk to Oxford Street, old building a little tatty around the edges but great value for money, clean rooms, polite staff, nice selection of food for breakfast, one negative is there is no lift 6 flights of stairs to the top floor. 8/10 I would stay at this hotel again.

Central,friendly,confortable and not too expensive. Whenever I go to London,I stay there.

We arrived for our two nights stay and were greeted very pleasantly and our booking in was dealt with efficiently. Our room was on the ground floor and though it was a room with no view this was not a problem to us as the room was a very quiet room, no noise from traffic etc. The room itself was of reasonable to good size and a credit to the cleaning staff as it was immaculately clean, what I particularly appreciated was that the curtains kept the room quite dark which was a big help to getting a better sleep. Staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast a buffet style and multiple choice of cereals, fruits (including fresh),choice of fruit juices, cheese, yogurts, not forgetting the Lurpak etc ! The cooked breakfast was four selections and was a serve yourself basis, hot food quickly replenished when necessary. Located very central for London and the tube for getting around, making it a convenient place to stay. We've stayed several times in London but would definitely stay here again.

I chose the hotel for the location and price. I had two days to visit London and this hotel was close to a tube stop, was clean with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and was a great value. I would definitely return to the hotel for my next trip to London.

The staff at the Wigmore were very polite and kind. I felt like they actually cared about our concerns more than their own.

The Wigmore Court Hotel offers excellent value for money: clean rooms with nice furniture; electric kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits; good location, relatively close to Marble Arch; full English breakfast. Certainly the best hotel in London in this category I have ever stayed at - and I'm coming to London relatively often.

this hotel off of Oxford St. is great value for money. Rooms are a good size, quiet, and well looked after. Easy access to public transport and a pleasant walk to Regent St., etc.

This is a great low cost option - clean, quiet and a super location (off Oxford Street) A really pleasant place to stay - I would recoomend it. We stayed in a super twin room - room 2!

5 minutes taxi at £6 to get there or a 15 minute walk from Paddington station. Friendly and helpful welcome from the girl at the desk. Room was spacious (room 14 on the 1st floor). 4 post Bed was comfortable, shame they did not leave the curtains on the bed. The bedroom was quiet, and could not hear the outside traffic. Bathroom was a shower only but a good size and clean. No problem with access at those late hours. Breakfast was OK, basic but filled a hole basically. All the staff were very helful and friendly. If you need a taxi then walk out and flag one down as getting the hotel to book will cost you. E.G needed a taxi to the west end for our theatre and the taxi, although very nice was £17.00. By black cab it was £8.00.

Wigmore was a great pick, given that we wanted a comfortable place to stay without spending lots of money. My wife and I stayed three nights in January, in a comfortable second floor room (there is no lift). Staff very friendly and the breakfast was just fine. Good location, near several tube stops, quiet. We would stay there again.

We stayed in the family ensuite for 3 nights. The room was spacy and clean and so was the bathroom. Towels and bedding were also clean. Furniture was a bit old and generally the place was old stylish. Beds were very comfortable. The room had a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities which was very nice. There was English and also (thank God!) continental breakfast (toast, jam, cereals). Good choice for the price and I would stay there again. More than basic standard but no luxuries.

The room where I stayed for 3 nights was a little bit noisy because of the traffic.Among that, it was very clean and nice with private bathroom and TV, minibar. The breakfast is the typical english breakfast. The hotel is 5 mins by walk from Oxford street, really good located. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The staff at Wigmore Court Hotel are really accommodating and helpful. Even though their reception desk is closed at 10 p.m., they agreed to wait and open the door for us when our expected arrival time is at 1 a.m. in the morning. However, we only arrived Wigmore Court Hotel at close to 3 a.m. in the morning due to flight delay, and they still have no complains about it.

Simple, clean hotel for an acceptable price. The building dates from about 1900, rooms have been split up in two + bathrooms. English breakfast only, one day with unsufficient supplies. No elevator, long stairs! A good choice for those with a limited budget.

stayed for one night, in a twin room facing the road, was quiet throughout the night, lift available to all floors, friendly staff, cosy sized room nicely decorated very comfortable beds ensuit: clean, bright, hot water, nice shower (although the shower door was jammed) room had tea making facilities, tv, hair drier breakfast was very simple/ small had to request for 'scrambled' eggs, otherwise just gave you fried egg. endless amount of toast altogether had a comfortable stay

The service was very good. Is in the center of London. The only problem is that the rooms are too small.

My stay was pleasant and will try again when opportuned.

The hotel is very clean and decent, with a great location. But at £65 pr. night for a single room, it's a little on the expensive side. But it was homely and quiet, and the staff very friendly.
