Absolutely and completely misrepresented as a 4-str hotel online. This is a 1-star hotel....period. The lobby, while small is fine. The elevator and hallways are so small, one person might have trouble walking with a rolling suitcase. The rooms are painfully tiny. They have no a/c or any other form of ventilation ither than one small (ours was broken) window. The bedding was filthy and very worn. We even found bugs in our bed along with enough hair to make a small toupee. Wiring was hanging out of the wall. Mold and mildew spots covered the walls and ceiling. The staff was extrordinarily rude from start to finish. The floor in the hallway leading to the rooms felt as if you were going to fall through at any moment. It creaked loudly and felt squishy and very flexible. There was no restaurant. I'm not sure what they're talking about when they say there is. There's a very small unstaffed bar with enough room for about 10 people to sit, but that's it. If it weren't so late when we arrived and if all the other hotels in the area weren't booked, we would have never stayed here. We toughed it out and regretted every moment. We ended up sleeping on bath towels hoping it would be slightly cleaner than the bedding. I wish I could upload photos to add to this review. I have a few that would probably get this place shut down if the right people saw them.

My mother, son & myself stayed here only one night, but it was lovely. Clean, new decor, excellent bfast and close to Victoria station & Pimlico. Great value for the heart of London. See for yourself, you won't be disappointed. Cherry Heape Florida, USA
