    Friendly family run B&B in an attractive north London suburb. Crouch End is ideal for visitors because it combines tranquillity and the gentle pace of village life within easy reach of central London. A quite haven after a busy day sight seeing. Crouch End has lots of green spaces, a handsome Broadway dominated by a brick clock tower and dozens of interesting shops, bars and restaurants. The area has long been home to a creative community of actors, writers, comedians and musicians. The area is fringed on the west by Highgate Woods, Queen's Wood and a large area of playing fields. Nearby attractions are Alexandra Palace, Wood Green Shopping City, and the 16th Century Bruce Castle Museum.

    Innkeepers Description:

    I like taking care of the house and the garden and making it beautiful. Although running a B&B is very physical, I also love going to exercise classes. I also dance Argentinean tango. Once a week I have a singing lesson which is challenging but very enjoyable.

      The quickest and easiest way to travel from Heathrow airport is the underground 'Piccadilly Line' which comes direct from Heathrow to Finsbury Park (exit Wells Terrace). Take a express train from Gatwick airport into Victoria Station (takes 30 minutes). This train runs every 15 minutes. From there you take the underground 'Victoria Line' Northbound to Finsbury Park. Take the train from Stansted airport to Tottenham Hale Station (or Seven Sisters Road when there are works on the line). Then you take the underground 'Victoria line' (1 or 2 stops) to Finsbury Park Station.
