A warm welcome awaits you from Sue, in this lovely Grade 2 listed cottage, built 1908. Set in a quiet, peaceful and safe area you could imagine you were in the heart of the English countryside yet only a train or bus ride from the centre of London. The area itself has lovely walks across Hampstead Heath, to Kenwood Country House and close by to a park/zoo plus Brent Cross Shopping Centre. Sue could advise you on all the best and most interesting places to visit whilst you are visiting this wonderful city. The house has been recently decorated to a very high specification and you would have 'a very comfortable stay' with 'a great breakfast'. Come and enjoy the beautiful garden at any time. We have only one single room available for one person at a time Kind regards Sue

I've been very comfortable in this lovely old cottage surrounded by silent gardens : green. Comfortable bed in a safe area, very good transport facilities by a local little bus to the very close tube and busses station. The owner is an easy -going lady who's mostly off, so the shared (very modern and efficient) bathroom can be considered almost private. I didn't try the breackfast, because I preferred eating later in London, but there are tea and instant coffee in the room. I would definitely go back and I would recomend this accomodation to friends and families. Thanks a lot, Gianna from Italy.

In fact, I wanted to move in here. This place is a reasonably priced haven in the crazy London world. I chose a B&B because the hostels cost $100+ per night, and this seemed like a nice little place. It blew away my expectations. It's on a quiet, picturesque street that has a bus come every 10 minutes like clockwork. There's a great, fluffy, comfy bed inside, as well as a desk, portable tea service and a dark wood wardrobe in the room, which overlooks a stunning garden. I was very surprised to find, behind the old fashion latch door, a very modern, fully upgraded bathroom. And Sue herself is the kindest, easiest to get along with person that I've met. I didn't sample her cooking because I had breakfast meetings, but I would have no qualms about eating her breakfasts. I give this place my absolute, full endorsement. If you want to stay someplace cozy and quiet, but close to all the fun, stay here with Sue.
