Our group of 11 stayed in 4 rooms on various floors. The rooms were very clean and attractive. The two rooms in the basement smelled a little mildewy but were still very clean. The breakfast was very basic but sufficient to start the day. They even made sure we had food on the morning we had to leave at 5 am!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic as it was only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from Victoria Station which will connect you with everywhere else.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We travel extensively in Europe every summer. This hotel provided great value for money. Excellent location (near Victoria tube, coach and train stations), wonderful service staff, great breakfast. Rooms are small but sufficient and nicely decorated. Hospitality tray with botled waters and refreshments. Great free internet connections. Staff service available 24 hours. We would recommend this small bed and breakfast for budget conscious travellers.
