    The Regency is a charming Victorian guest house located opposite the boating lake and the beach. Owners Nicole and Marina are ready to greet you with the warmest of welcomes. All our rooms are en suite and have been completely refurbished in March 2011. In the morning a delicious breakfast is served in a sun-lit front room overlooking the boating lake. Several choices from the menu including tempting home-baked treats are completed with freshly ground coffee and a laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast ingredients are organic and sourced locally whenever possible. Small fisherman port Littlehampton with its sand dunes and pebble beaches is a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing get-away. For those who want to venture further afield, Arundel and Chichester are close by as well as Wittering and Chichester harbour. Littlehampton's marina is a favourite West Sussex hotspot for watersports including sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and yachting. On the western side of the river Arun sits Littlehampton's golf course, the oldest golf club in West Sussex. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. We are sure that your stay will be a most enjoyable one!
