Frequent direct trains from London Victoria Gatwick Airport Brighton and Portsmouth.;London|Road|60|From London follow M23 then A23. When in Littlehampton follow the signs to the seafront. The Regency is located directly on the Littlehampton seafront opposite the Oyster Pond and close to the river. There is free parking along the street in front of the guest house (subject of availability). Travel time from London about 1 hour 40 min from Dover about 2 hours 20 min from Newhaven about 55 min from Gatwick Airport about 45 min.;
