    Bed & breakfast in a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, with freshly refurbished rooms tastefully presented, showing a mix of classic and contemporary touches. With only two B&B rooms, you can enjoy an unrivalled level of personalised care and attention, on Littlehampton's sea front. We have VisitEngland Breakfast award for our range of breakfast options, and by tailoring them to individual tastes, can cater for a variety of special dietary needs. Our Victorian home, mixes old and new styles but comfort, cleanliness and service are timeless. The B&B offers 2 double rooms; one with queen-size (5ft) bed and en suite shower: and our larger room with superking (6ft) bed (or a twin room with two singles) and super ensuite shower room. The rooms are bright, are WI-Fi enabled, and have TV with Freeview channels; refreshment trays; mini fridge and a range of complementary, thoughtful extras. As our B&B is not suitable for children, adults can enjoy space to relax and unwind. We also have 2 self-catering apartments, for families or guests wanting more space and freedom. These have their own access, lounge, double bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen and garden or patio. Facilities also include central heating, Wi-Fi, freeview TVs, CD players and many comforts of home. The prices include bedding, gas and electricity, refreshment pack and other thoughtful extras. Can sleep 1 to 5 depending on ages. Minimum stays 3 nights. Flexibility is important to us, so we are happy to consider combining stays in B&B and the apartments, and for apartment arrivals on any day of the week - subject to availability. Wonderfully positioned to enjoy Littlehampton’s Blue Flag beach, a superb range of cafes and restaurants; the river; marina, and varied leisure activities which are just minutes away. The area also offers a wonderful selection of places to visit, for all ages and interests.

      Coach / Bus Terminus|Coach|0.4|Coach and bus stop is Anchor Springs outside the Somerfields / Co-op. Go down the slope and turn right into East Street and the taxi rank. To walk - continue to the postbox and bear left then immediate right into Beach Road. Continue to roundabout (ignore road sign ""to the sea"") and go straight across along Beach Road to the ""T"" junction at end. Turn right into South Terrace we are the 2nd house Approximate distance under half a mile, 15 minutes walk. There is a taxi rank in East Str Railway Station|Train|0.5|If you fancy a walk - follow the signs to river and follow riverside walk (keep river on the right). Path meets Pier Road and continue in same direction (pst restaurants and fish & chips shops) until it meets South Terrace (Nelson pub on corner). Turn left and continue along South Terrace past the junction with Bayford Road and St Catherines Road. Racing Greens is on the left. Approximate distance half a mile, 20 minutes walk. There is a taxi rank outside the railway station. A27|Road|3|From motorways M23 or M27 via A27 to A259 follow signs for Littlehampton. Leave A259 for B2187 signposted Littlehampton Centre and Seafront. Follow the brown tourist signs to seafront and ‘the carousel horse’ which is to Harbour Park (fun park). Racing Greens faces the Greens and promenade, 150 yds east of the Windmill (theatre and restaurant) and Harbour Park.
