We are a warm and friendly, relaxed, traditional English Guest House. Ideally situated for those parents whose children are at the University, visiting academics to the University, business travellers and pleasure seekers. We are 5 minutes walk to the Leeds University Western Campus, a short bus ride to the Headingley Cricket and Rugby Grounds, 10 minutes walk to the Leeds General Infirmary (Clarendon Wing), The Leeds Metropolitan University and 10 minutes to the Millenium Square, City Centre, theatres and night clubs. Our aim is to make your residency with us stress free, pleasurable and as comfortable as possible so that you may wish to return time and time again. OUR RECEPTION IS NOT OPEN 24/7.
