    The Adams provides ample car parking and is within easy reach of motorway networks (M40 - 3 miles), Birmingham International Airport (16 miles) and the Leamington and Coventry Railway Stations. For business guests we are ideally situated for Stoneleigh Royal Show Ground (4 miles) and The National Exhibition Centre (18 miles). We are located very close to The Assembly, Music Venue. Within a ten minute walk you will find many established restaurants catering for a variety of world cuisine tastes including Chinese, English, French, Indian, Italian and Thai. There is no shortage of excellent facilities for the golf enthusiast, with many fine courses within 20 minutes of the hotel, particularly Leamington County, Stoneleigh Abbey Deer Park, Stratford-upon-Avon and the three Warwickshire courses. As well as the fine Regency architecture of Royal Leamington Spa, including Euston Place and Lower Parade (circa 1840), the surrounding area holds many cultural and entertaining attractions worthy of a visit. Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, boasts an internationally renowned theatre and beautiful gardens and Elizabethan streets. Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle and Ragly Hall are close by, and the quintessentially English Cotswold hills and villages are just a short drive away. There is also a wealth of National Trust and English Heritage sites nestled in the surrounding coutryside, such as Charlecote Park, Hidcote Manor Garden and Upton House.

At next roundabout, take second exit to Leamington passing ""BMW"". At next roundabout take first exit. Then, taking the right lane to a further roundabout, take the second exit. The Ford plant is on your right. At next roundabout take second exit into Park Drive, pass over mini-island into Avenue Road and the Adams Hotel is immediately on the left. M40 Northbound|Road|0|From Junction 13 turn right, follow signs for A452 Leamington as far as roundabout, then take third exit towards Leamington A452. At next roundabout, take second exit to Leamington passing ""BMW"". At next roundabout take first exit. Then, taking the right lane to a further roundabout, take the second exit. The Ford plant is on your right. At next roundabout take second exit into Park Drive, pass over mini-island into Avenue Road and the Adams Hotel is immediately on the left.
