Ideally located for guests exploring Devon & Cornwall and the Tamar Valley, the Eden Project, Lands End, St Ives, Tintagel & Boscastle are all within easy distance, also the National Trust properties of Cotehele House, Lanhydrock House, Saltram House and Buckland Abbey. Accommodation at Rose Cottage includes a hearty English Breakfast with locally produced succulent bacon, delicious sausages and free range eggs. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices are the healthy options available. All cyclists, walkers and runners including ‘End to Enders’ are warmly welcomed. Secure cycle storage is available. The Two Castles Trail and the Tamar Valley Trail meet at Launceston. This will incur a charge. A30|Road|1|Follow from the A30 Launceston junction follow directions to A388 North. DO NOT TURN OFF the A388, go down the hill and go forward at the traffic lights, at the mini roundabout turn right on to Dutson Road A388 signposted Holsworthy and Bude. Go straight across at the mini roundabout by the Spar Shop continuing slowly on the A388 Holsworthy road approx 100yds , Lower Cleaverfield is on left.
