Rezare Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable, characterful, peaceful accommodation with an emphasis on good food and sustainability. Dogs are welcome. Situated in a quiet hamlet within the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall / Devon border, midway between Bodmin moor and Dartmoor and both coasts, you will be perfectly placed to explore the region's many and varied attractions All rooms are generously sized, retain many orginal features throughout, contain touches of luxury in the important areas, and are furnished to a high standard. The beds have high quality individually pocket sprung mattresses, linen is 100% Egyptian cotton, blankets are beautifully soft pure virgin wool, and we offer both goose feather and down, and non-allergenic pillows. Each bed is also covered with one of Nanette's hand-made quilts. Breakfast highlights butcher’s own delicious sausages and home-cured bacon. Pure apple juice is produced from fruit grown within a three mile radius of the house, eggs come from our own chickens, we bake fresh bread daily, make our own yoghurt and granola, and have a range of home-made preserves. As well as the traditional full English breakfast we offer alternatives such as kippers, omelette Arnold Bennett, pancakes, and more.

Cancellations: We will not take anything from your card in advance of your stay. However, if less than thirty day’s notice of cancellation is given, and we have turned people away and are unable to re-let the room(s), we reserve the right to charge for those nights that we have had other enquiries, up to the full cost of your stay. Unfortunately, because of the temperamental nature of this country's climate, we cannot accept 'poor weather' as a reason for cancellation, except, of course, if conditions prohibit travel. If you do need to cancel a reservation, or change dates, please telephone us. Notification by email may not be retrieved immediately, or may go astray, and so is not accepted. Guests are responsible for any loss from or damage to our premises, or the furnishings or equipment therein, caused by themselves or an animal within their control, and are responsible for the cost of remedying the damage, or replacement of any items missing. By providing us with your card details you are agreeing to the above terms. If you are at all concerned about cancellation, it might be a good idea to take out adequate holiday insurance.
