Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns, a Victorian Guest House which has been awarded AA Highly Commended 4 Yellow Stars. We are a fully licensed, which is completely NON-SMOKING, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. We have implemented many more comforts to make your stay even more comfortable. To mention but a few of these are more Superior Rooms, Digital Flat Screens, Digital Freeview, Free Wifi access and lots more. The Lawns was built in 1865. We have ample parking and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.
