    Alison and Graham would like to welcome you to The Sherborne Lodge, and will do our utmost to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. We are quietly located at the start of Torrs Park, one of the best areas of Ilfracombe, centrally placed for a 5—10 minutes walk to all the local facilities. These include the town centre, with plenty of shops, great restaurants, pubs, beaches, bay and harbour. From the harbour you have the opportunity to take one of the many boat trips - to Lundy, along the coast, or even a day out fishing. Ilfracombe is ideally situated for business, leisure and sporting pursuits and is within easy reach of Barnstaple, several beautiful surfing beaches, wild and stunning Exmoor countryside, shooting grounds and championship golf courses. We welcome parties of people interested in the activities offered around the area, for example, clay-pigeon shooting, golf, fishing, diving, walking, cycling etc. and offer many facilities to ensure a very enjoyable stay including a very ample car-park which is free of charge to all guests.

      Barnstaple|Bus|15|From the train station in Barnstaple either catch a bus or walk to the bus station and take any bus terminating in Ilfracombe. Get off at Lidl’s and walk back along the road by the car park, keeping to the right, to the net road on the right. Take this road to the top of the hill and turn left. We are the second building on the left. It is about 3 minutes from the bus stop. Barnstaple|Road|15|From Barnstaple take the A361 through Braunton which will take you straight into Ilfracombe. Coming down the hill into Ilfracombe down St Brannocks Road you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit by the side of the church and then keep left on this road, down to a cross roads and up the hill on the other side. At the top turn right and we are about 100 yards down on the right hand side.
