    We are a family run licensed guesthouse with it's own private car park, whose main objective is to make sure you have the ultimate relaxing break. We are the perfect retreat from life's stresses and strains and offer you friendly but discreet service You can enjoy this beautiful Victorian house with many of the original features. All of our rooms are decorated to the highest standard with private facilities which include a shower, w.c and washbasin. Licensed Bar - enjoy a drink in our cosy bar offering a good selection of beer, wine and spirits. Guest Lounge - You can also relax in our intimate lounge with Digital Flat Screen Television with Freeview and a DVD Player. Restaurant - Our cosy and relaxed dining room with separate tables for all guests with a wonderful selection of a-la-carte menu on Friday and Saturday Evenings. All freshly prepared and cooked by Annette .Local Lobster and Crab served as a house speciality (24hrs notice required and subject to availability) We have also been very fortunate to have Antony Worrall Thompson endorse his signature dish of ""Lamb shanks with garlic,rosemary & flageolet beans"" to be served at Sea Breeze House. We are located on the road leading into the town of Ilfracombe which places you in the perfect location to explore North Devon. We are 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the Town, Restaurants,Theatre and Harbour. You must continue all the way into Barnstaple where you will be taken along a fly over bridge which will guide you to Ilfracombe. - Continue along the A361 following signs for Ilfracombe. - On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross,Sea Breeze House is situated on the left-hand side of the road as you follow the descent into town.
