An Elegant Licensed Guest House with it's own private car park whose main objective is to make sure you have the ultimate relaxing break. We are the perfect retreat from life's stresses and strains and offer you friendly but discreet service You can enjoy this beautiful Victorian house with many of the original features. All of our rooms are decorated to the highest standard with private facilities which include a shower w.c and washbasin. Breakfast is included in the room price. Licensed Bar - enjoy a drink in our cosy bar offering a good selection of beer wine and spirits. Guest Lounge - You can also relax in our intimate lounge with Digital Flat Screen Television with Freeview and a DVD Player. Restaurant - Our cosy and relaxed dining room with separate tables for all our guests is the perfect place to start your day with our varied Breakfast selection. In the winter months Feb Mar & Oct as the nights draw and the choice of restaurants are limited we offer evening meals which have to be booked in advance. Sorry no evening meals served in April May June July August & September due to a varied selection of local restaurants available at this time. We can reccommend make advance reservations and book taxis if required. We are located on the road leading into the town of Ilfracombe which places you in the perfect location to explore North Devon. We are 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the Town Restaurants Theatre and Harbour. You must continue all the way into Barnstaple where you will be taken along a fly over bridge which will guide you to Ilfracombe. - Continue along the A361 following signs for Ilfracombe. - On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross Sea Breeze House is situated on the left-hand side of the road as you follow the descent into town.;
