    A visit to WELCOMETREE BandB WEBSITE will give you a slide show of many of the features guests can enjoy at the Post Office House and the Once a Post Office holiday apartment. A warm welcome can always be expected from Sue Anderton, Roger, the dog and moggie Nigel . The house, built in about 1830 of local stone has been modernised and renovated. The B & B ACCOMMODATION consists of a self contained suite of 3 rooms with beamed vaulted ceilings, all newly furnished and freshly decorated with oak flooring throughout. Breakfast in the Conservatory gives you the opportunity to enjoy the well stocked garden and the morning sun. Home baked bread, local free range eggs, local bacon and sausages. A double sized power shower in the large en-suite bathroom. TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities plus a small fridge for your drinks or food. THE SELF CATERING APARTMENT - literally - Once a Post Office - is south facing, well insulated and recently converted from the village stores. Oak flooring throughout, comfy sofa, occasional furniture, a well equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, Flat Screen TV, electric cooker, oil filled radiators, fully tiled shower room with vanitory unit, power shower with constant hot water, dining table to seat 4 people and all crockery and cooking utensils for 4. We Supply Quality Bedding & Towels, Shower Gel, Soap and Toilet Rolls. A stock of Milk, Tea, Coffee Sugar, Jams Sauces and Condiments. You are also treated to a fresh baked Loaf of Bread so all you bring is your food !. THE APARTMENT BEDROOM - has a double bed and occasional furniture and the other double bed is in a special wardrobe in the sitting room ! This also has a fully sprung mattress and will fold away during the day to give plent of space in the main sitting room. There is a small additional charge for heating from October - April based on your use of the Electricity meter reading. £12.00 pppn for the 3rd/4th person payable on arrival.

      Gunnislake|Train|1.5|From the Station, turn left onto the main road and take the second road on the left (passing the petrol station on your right) and continue passed the Tamar Valley Visitor Centre on your right, the Welcome Tree B&B / Studio is at the end of the road in front of you. Plymouth|Train|11|From Plymouth Train Station, take the local line to Gunnislake (it takes in the most wonderful views and crosses a viaduct over Calstock). We are a 5 minute walk away. Turn left onto the main road and take the second road on the left (passing the petrol station on your right) and continue passed the Tamar Valley Visitor Centre on your right, the Welcome Tree B&B / Studio is at the end of the road in front of you. Plymouth|Road|12|From Plymouth, cross the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall and follow signs to Callington and Tavistock. Once through St Annes Chapel turn right at the sign to Albaston and Calstock. The Post Office House, with the pottery Welcome Tree is on your right opposite The Old Dairy. Tavistock|Road|4|From Tavistock take A390 towards Gunnislake and Callington, over the River Bridge, through Gunnislake up the hill to the top. Bear left before the Nisa garage. The Post Office house will be in front of you at the next T-Junction.
