    The Elmfield is situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the seafront and Britannia Pier. Although we do not offer an evening meal service, Great Yarmouth restaurants and bars are all close by. We are 3 minutes walk from the coach station and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Free, off street parking is available next to The Elmfield subject to availability. Freshly cooked English breakfast and packed lunches are available. There is also a licensed bar for residents. The Elmfield is a non-smoking establishment. We are open year round and long term bookings are available for contractors or workers at discounted rates during the winter and summer seasons. We can offer accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis or Room Only. One, two or three night bookings are available with discounted rates available when booking four or more nights. If you are an all male or female party please call prior to booking. Please note a minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay are required on Bank Holidays and from July - September. If you require any different varients to those shown then please call or e mail prior to confirming booking.
