    Situated close to Longleat Estate and Safari Park, The Place to Stay is privately owned by a friendly couple, who are driven by the desire to ensure that every guest enjoys their stay in this tranquil location. The surrounding countryside views are spectacular and have to be seen to be appreciated. Set in the Somerset countryside but close to Bath, Glastonbury and Wells. These beautifully renovated farm buildings with exposed beams and rooms in the main Georgian house provide contemporary individually styled bedrooms and impressive en-suite bathrooms with a range of luxurious extras. TV in every room and romantic packages available. Guest lounge, outdoor seating area and off-road parking are provided. Romantic packages and Swedish massage are offerred to make guests feel really pampered. The Place to Stay offers eight individually designed rooms, each with a luxury en-suite bathroom. Our accommodation is the perfect location for a romantic getaway, let us help you to create an atmosphere of romance. Relax knowing that we can add extra special touches* such as fresh flowers, chocolates, champagne with strawberry’s and rose petals to really make occasions such as an anniversary, birthday, honeymoon or valentines a time to remember. Why not arrange a champagne air balloon ride at dawn or at sunset, soak up the views of the Somerset countryside or take off over Bath – gentlemen, what a romantic way to pop that special question. For the ultimate pampering experience, The Twilight Package at either Bath Thermae Spa or at Longleat Forest are both easily accessable from The Place To Stay and are irresistable. All our rooms offer a comfortable bed with professionally laundered linen, comfy sofa, and LCD television. We will accommodate children and we have two double rooms linked by a short corridor, these can be used for a family, both have ensuite.

Salisbury|Road|30|From Salisbury stay on A36/Warminster Rd continue to follow A36, go through roundabouts and stay on A36 towards Bath until turning left onto A362 past Longleat then turning left onto A361 towards Shepton Mallet The bypass goes around Frome following roundabout signs. Just outside of Frome just before Nunny roundabout is a left turn for Trudoxhill, The Place to Stay is at Knoll Hill Farm first left after the traditional Village Trudoxhill sign.
