    The Lawns is about 40 yards from the crescent gardens with its band stand and views out to Filey bay. The Lawns is a Victorian guest house and has two guest bedrooms on the second floor with dining room on the first floor. One guest room is a double with a king size bed and en-suite the second room is a twin bedroom with its own private bathroom. Both rooms are well equipped with quality cotton sheets and towels, a television, freeview, DVD alarm clock, hairdryer and complimentary tray. We also provide a good wholesome breakfast with varied menu. Our aim at The Lawns is to see that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Lawns has one parking space on a first come first served basis,there is street parking down Rutland st and surrounding areas. Filey is a small town with character, The Lawns is located within walking distance to the beach, town and the crescent gardens/park.
