M4 from London and the South East, at Bristol M5 direction Exeter, exit at Junction 30 take A376 to Exmouth. On arriving in Exmouth follow signs to the seafront, turn left onto the sea front passing Clock Tower and the Pavillion. Again turn left at mini roundabout into Carlton Hill. The Swallows is on left before reaching large roundabout. Exeter|Coach|12|There are frequent services from all parts of the country to Exeter, with regular bus connections to Exmouth. Exeter|Air|12|Exeter International Airport is 12 miles from Exmouth. Exeter|Train|12|Excellent train services to Exeter from all parts of the country, arriving at either Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central. There are regular connections to Exmouth from both stations, journey time is 20 minutes.
