    Welcome to La Mer B&B Guest House and to Eastbourne, the Sunshine capital of the South! La Mer is a pleasant Edwardian building in Marine Road situated just off the Royal Parade and within 100 yards of the sea and Eastbourne's elegant promenade which stretches for 3 miles along the coast. Just a short walk away is Eastbourne Pier and the bandstand, where they have afternoon concerts and occasional dancing, along with concerts by tribute bands performing material by the likes of The Beatles, David Bowie, the Rolling Stones & Abba to name a few. Further along the promenade is the Wish Tower which has a super view of the coastline from their restaurant where you can have a drink and a bite to eat. Just one mile along the coast is the new Sovereign Harbour Village which has a variety of shops and restaurants and is well worth a visit if only to look at the yachts! La Mer is a family run Guest House managed by Lee, James and their mother Eileen, who will be sure to give you a warm welcome. We look forward to seeing you in Eastbourne soon.
