    We are situated just 30m from the seafront with free on-street parking, subject to availability. We are also in close proximity to the famous chalk cliffs of Beachy Head and the newly appointed South Downs National Park. Eastbourne is known as the sunshine coast and is consistently regarded as the warmest place in the U.K as well as being an award winning coastal resort.
