    The Bay Lodge is a family run guest house, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, offering accommodation in one of Britain's top resorts, at realistic prices, for holiday makers and business travellers. Situated in an ideal position in a conservation area on the seafront at Eastbourne, about halfway between the pier and the Sovereign Centre Pool complex near Princes Park. There are ten rooms:- one twin/kingsize, one single, two family suites, five doubles and one kingsize. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. Each room has a colour television, well stocked hospitality tray, clock radio and hairdryer. Full English breakfast, salmon and scrambled eggs, fruit, cereals, continental breads, yogurt and a selection of teas and coffees is served 8.30-9.15, (8.30-9.00 weekdays October-March). Cereal, fruit juice and fruit can be provided in the guest's room if requested for an earlier breakfast or we can provide a pre-ordered cooked breakfast at 8.00. Rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views, and two also have balconies where guests can sit and enjoy the good weather. There are two ground floor bedrooms, please note that there are five steps up to the front entrance and the rest of the rooms are only accessible by flights of stairs - there is no lift. Free WiFi in the lounge area. Bay Lodge is a licensed premises and there is a small honesty bar with Sky TV. A sun lounge is available for guests to sit and relax, with views of the Pavilion Tea Gardens, Redoubt Fortress and the sea.

      A22 and A27|Road|12|To find the Bay Lodge when travelling to Eastbourne by car:- Join the A27 from the A22 and follow the signs to Eastbourne Seafront. Turn right at roundabout at Sovereign Leisure Centre. Drive along the seafront past Treasure Island and Redoubt Fortress. Bay Lodge is situated on the right opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens. To park in our car park at the rear of Bay Lodge turn right into Redoubt Road and take first left. The car park has six spaces. Entry to Bay Lodge is in Royal Parade.
