    Welcome to the Moorings, Our beautiful Bed and Breakfast is located right in the centre of Looe. Next to the harbour and a stones throw from all the pubs and restaurants. Looe's sandy beach is a very pleasant 4 minute walk away. The Moorings is ideal for singles couples and families and the views from our balcony are spectacular day or night. We look forward to your visit to our beautiful Cornish village and we promise we will do all we can to make your English seaside holiday perfect for you. The Moorings was completely refurbished in 2008. Some of the additional services we are pleased to help you organise are Fishing Trips and Crab fishing for the kids. The historic twin towns of East and West Looe provide all you could ask of a holiday in Cornwall. Safe beaches, quality accommodation, a wide choice of restaurants, excellent walking routes, fishing trips, diving, etc, etc. It is more than a century ago now that people first started to discover the charms of East and West Looe, then just small fishing communities hidden away in the picturesque river valley. Those early visitors came to spend time on the beach, to go fishing or to go rambling in the surrounding countryside. Today visitors still return year after year because it continues to offer those same pleasures and that something special for visitors of all ages. Whether you come for the culture and history or just to enjoy the beach and the sea, Looe has plenty of choice.

      Plymouth|Road|20|Situated 20 miles west of Plymouth. 20 miles east of St Austell. Travel by car via the M5 and A38 expressway to Plymouth, crossing the River Tamar at Saltash, continue on the A38 to Trerule Foot and take the first exit from the roundabout, A374, After 1 mile turn right on A387 to Looe. On entering the town drive to the bridge and look to your left. The Moorings is set overlooking the bridge and harbour opposite this bridge.
