Only 2 miles off the A30, which gives easy access to Exeter and Cornwall as well as most of the coastal resorts such as Bude, Newquay, the Eden Project, Torbay, and Ilfracombe which can be reached within an hours drive. There are also many National Trust properties in the area. Those who want more energetic activities can enjoy pony trekking, golf and walking on Dartmoor with it's abundant wildlife.
