    This stunning Kingswear Edwardian villa offers superb five star accommodation and is set on a south facing hill offering superb views over the river to Dartmouth and out to sea. Beautifully situated for the amazing restaurants and shopping in Dartmouth (it is only a five minute walk and romantic ferry ride away), for long walks straight from the front door or for sitting comfortably in the conservatory or on the terrace watching the world go by on the river, Nonsuch has to be the place to stay. The four well appointed rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious and have wonderful views from each one. Frette Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy white towels and Molton Brown toiletries are provided and guests have use of a drawing room (with real log fires in the winter), a conservatory and a dining room. The terrace is also a favourite place to sit and watch the world go by on the river whilst enjoying a glass of wine!. Newspapers, magazines and books abound and cofffee and tea are constantly on offer. A winner of the AA Best Breakfast Award Kit offers a substantial breakfast with homemade muesli, jams, breads, fruit, freshly squeezed orange or apple juice, followed by a full English breakfast or a daily special. From the warm welcome on arrival to the fond farewell at the end of your stay, you, the guest, are our only priority and we want you to feel special and pampered.       Paignton|Train|6|Take taxi, steam railway or cross road to Bus Station and take No 120 to Kingswear. From bus stop walk down Fore Street towards Ferry and take second left up steep hill - Church Hill - until you get to the top before sharp left hand bend - we are on the right. From station turn left and immediately right up Church Hill and we are at the top on the right. Totnes|Train|10|Take taxi from outside station or riverboat (dependent on tides) from Totnes to Dartmouth. Cross River Dart to Kingswear on ferry and take first right up Church Hill to the top of hill (it is steep!). We are on right hand side. Exeter|Road|30|At the end of the M5 take the A380 signed Torquay. Bypass Torquay and Paignton until you come to major crossroads. Continue straight on on A3022 - until T junction with traffic lights. Turn right onto A3022 and after about a mile just past garage turn right onto the A379. Continue for 2 miles and at mini roundabout take 2nd exit then immediately left onto B3205. In Kingswear go through 2 bends, take left hand road, follow it along and down, round right hand bend, we are on left side.
