    Waters End has 43 acres (20 hectares) situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by the valley we nestle in. With marvellous views over lakes, a stream, rolling fields and hop gardens, vineyards and fruit orchards, the heart of what Kent is all about. Virtually the only man made land mark being Sandhurst Windmill on the horizon. From our sign on the road wind your way down our long drive leaving the hubbub of life far behind (but not the comforts). Much of our accommodation is situated in our thoughtfully converted barn where every modern conveniences are to be found. Breakfast is served in the kitchen or garden room, or terrace (weather permitting). Should you have special requirements or needs, please contact us direct, we will be pleased to assist if we are are able but give us enough notice to do so.

Continue through Hawkhurst,through Sandhurst (about 6miles). On leaving Sandhurst,keep your speed slow and take first lane on your left - Crouch Lane, continue through fork, after about 1.5 miles take first lane on left Standen Street.
